Who is Qualified?
No auditions required!  You can be a member of the CU African Ensemble whether you have musical talents or not. Those interested in new ways of playing their instruments, or learning songs from other cultures, or dancing to hot rhythms are welcome.  Students will benefit greatly from the experience of making music in an African communal setting where we encourage individual participation through the support of entire group.

Benefits
Understand and appreciate African culture by taking part in the music process.  Get cool credit as you learn to play African music in a communal setting.
