Independent study provides an opportunity to participate in my research program for academic credit. The projects often involve either designing and fabricating a piece of laboratory apparatus, or actually performing research, including data acquisition and analysis. If you have a new project to propose, I may consider it, depending on my schedule and how the project fits with my interests.
Prerequisite or Corequisite: MCEN 3027 Measurements Laboratory or
equivalent
AND
a partner or two.
Independent study is available for any semester, or over the summer.
