Dijon is the capital of Burgundy which considers itself the heart of France. It's known for it's wine, excellent cuisine and magnificent architecture. Wanting to know more about the culture,food,people,and really having this desire to speak french well, I decided to take a summer course at the Universite de Bourgogne. The following is my experience around France during July 2001.
